Mel's Car Wash Express Detail

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Mel is the nicest guy and worked with me through several schedule changes and my need to cancel and rebook. But more than that, I couldn’t believe that was my wife’s car when I picked it up. My wife’s SUV is our kid-mobile and it looked like we raised wolves in the back seat when I took it in. When I picked it up that afternoon, it looked better than the day we got it from the dealership. I literally don’t know how they do what they do but I’m so glad they’ve got it figured out. I’m taking my truck to them next week!!! I cannot recommend them more enthusiastically. Thanks Mel!

Mr. Mel's services were phenomenal! He recently moved into a larger facility and you can tell a lot of thought went into the customer's experience. I was offered complimentary coffee and healthy snack options. There is also a separate, enclosed area for customers to get work done while their vehicles get serviced. And even if you need total privacy to do your work, there's an office you can reserve. But the thing that pleasantly shocked me the most was the prayer closet 😍 for their customers. The staff was accommodating, respectful, and polite. The final work on my suv was AMAZING! My vehicle almost looked like it did almost ten years ago 🫠.I've never been this excited about a business. But if you are ever in the Baton Rouge area, and need quality service with a side of "woosah", this is the place 👌.

After my car flooded during the recent storm, I was overwhelmed and unsure what to do. I called Mel’s Car Wash to see if they could help remove the water from my vehicle. Although they were fully booked that day, they were incredibly kind and told me where I could go to get the standing water removed immediately. They also scheduled me to bring my car in first thing the next morning. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. The team thoroughly cleaned my entire car and extracted approximately 2.5 gallons of water that was still trapped in the carpet. They were knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they also took the time to explain everything to me and let me know what information I would need to provide to my insurance adjuster for my claim. Every employee I encountered was friendly, compassionate, and professional. During an incredibly stressful situation, they treated me like family and gave me so much peace of mind. I will not trust my vehicle with anyone else and will continue using Mel’s Car Wash for all of my car cleaning needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excepti

I’m honestly so impressed with the detailing service. My car looks brand new — inside and out. They paid attention to every little detail, from the carpet to the dashboard to the exterior shine. You can tell they take pride in their work. The staff was professional, friendly, and finished in a timely fashion. Pricing was fair for the quality of service, and the results completely exceeded my expectations. If you want your car looking showroom ready, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
